About The Moline Foundation

Founded in 1953, the Moline Foundation is a community-based, non-profit organization which provides grants to health, human services, education, community development, the arts, and other charitable organizations which benefit the citizens of Moline and the Quad Cities region. The Moline Foundation receives and administers charitable gifts and has current assets of approximately $14 million.

Nine Quad City area residents serve on the Moline Foundation Board of Trustees. They volunteer their time without compensation. As trustees, they are representative of many community groups and organizations, according to the Foundation’s By-Laws.

An Investment Advisory Group establishes investment policy and monitors the investments of the Foundation so appropriate and timely grants can be made to deserving non-profit organizations.
