Why a Grant?
The Moline Foundation is a public grantmaking charity dedicated to improving people's lives in a defined local geographic area.
We bring together the financial resources of individuals, families, and businesses to support effective nonprofits in their communities.
Each year The Moline Foundation offers two grant cycles, Spring and Fall.
Special funds at The Moline Foundation offer grants throughout the year.
Scope of Grants:
-
Grants are made to nonprofit agencies in The Moline Foundation service area, which includes the Quad Cities region of Scott County, Iowa, and Rock Island, Mercer, Henry, Warren, Henderson, and McDonough counties, Illinois
-
Grants are not available for those agencies and institutions primarily funded through tax support.
-
Nonprofits are eligible to receive one grant in twelve months.
Why a Scholarship?
The Moline Foundation would like to help you fulfill your educational goals. If your career pathway post-high school requires additional education, apply for a Moline Foundation Scholarship.
Apply for an apprenticeship, certificate, associate's, or bachelor's degree. The Moline Foundation donors want to help you pay for your education.
If you are a high school senior Community College student or going to be a junior in college in the fall, you are eligible.
