What is a Grant?

The Moline Foundation is a public grantmaking charity dedicated to improving people's lives in a defined local geographic area.

They bring together the financial resources of individuals, families, and businesses to support effective nonprofits in their communities.

Primarily, Community Foundations give grants to established 501c3 organizations.

Each year The Moline Foundation offers two grant cycles, Spring and Fall, for capital and program expenses.

Special funds at The Moline Foundation offer grants throughout the year.

Supporting students by helping them grow into strong leaders of the future...

Your generous gift will provide an opportunity of a lifetime for these students and future students. Please encourage a student to apply for a scholarship encouraging:

Education. Success. Leadership

Why a Scholarship?

The Moline Foundation would like to help you fulfill your educational goals. If your career pathway post-high school requires additional education, apply for a Moline Foundation Scholarship.

Apply for an apprenticeship, certificate, associate's, or bachelor's degree. The Moline Foundation donors want to help you pay for your education.

If you are a high school senior Community College student or going to be a junior in college in the fall, you are eligible.
